Star Wars Assault Team: Best Mission to Get Character/Hero Cards - UPDATED!

Welcome to Stuff For Guys, where you'll find information about a lot of useless stuff, an occasional useful stuff, but it's all stuff for guys.  In the Star Wars Assault Team game, which mission will provide the most amount of characters, especially those powerful ones that are rare, like Terentatek, Savrip, Sakiyan and Spider?  Reddit user Nutty101 posted in this message that "The Message" mission in "The Final Escape" (the last set of missions) has been the most fruitful for him, so I decided to give it a shot.  Here are my results, in chronological order, from 10 consecutive battles on Epic difficulty.  UPDATE: Scroll down to see new rewards.

A day later, I played the mission again and got these rewards:

So out of 10 battles, I only got a character in 1 of them -- a Tier 4 Sakiyan, which is pretty good.  Sakiyan's special melee attack is quite formidable, so that's nothing to scoff at.  However, 90 Energies spent to get one character card is a bit hefty, especially if you already have that character (this is now my 2nd Sakiyan).  If it were a Spider, then I would be a lot happier.

In conclusion, I either have a lot worse luck than the author of that post, or LucasArts has since greatly decreased the probability of getting Tier 4 and Tier 5 characters regularly.  Enjoy the game and thanks for reading!

UPDATE on June 13, 2014: Here are a couple more characters and the missions that they were found in.  It's all quite random.

Recover the Module -- The Great Escape on Epic

Old Friends in Mos Espa -- The Mandalorian on Epic

UPDATE on May 30, 2014: If you're looking for Terentatek or another Wookiee, try the "Emissary to the Wookiees" stages.  I got this in "Riot in Rwookrrorro" on Heroic difficulty:

UPDATE on May 29, 2014: As one of the readers pointed out in the comments for another post, the "Rescue Chewbacca" mission in "Escape The Devastator" also often provides characters.  Here's what I got from that mission today:

UPDATE on May 29, 2014: My friend played the same mission on Epic and was rewarded with characters at a much higher rate than I was -- 6 out of 11 times!!  Check out his results:
